Our daughter Shannon started at Children’s World when she was two, and I had all the fears a mom has of leaving my little one and having her cry. I dropped her off that first day, and Carla, the director, promised to call me promptly with an update. Within twenty minutes my phone rang. Shannon was playing away, having fun. Our experience with Children’s World started on this positive note, and it has continued to be the perfect environment for our child. Ms. Susan and Ms. Eileen, who have been Shannon’s teachers, are amazingly nurturing and creative people.
At Children’s World Shannon was potty trained without any tears, she learned wonderful table manners, and sang more songs than I can keep track of. She has enjoyed all the water days, the cooking, the ooey-gooey weeks, the five senses lessons, and all the fun classroom projects. With Ms. Susan and Ms. Eileen, Shannon has grown to be a wonderfully inquisitive child, and has developed strong friendships that she will continue in elementary school.
This is Shannon’s third and last year at Children’s World, and we are already dreading that last day, next summer, when we have to say goodbye to a fantastic group of educators.

If I had to describe CWLC in one word it would be warm. From the cozy layout of the campus to the friendly staff, CWLC has a home-like feeling throughout. Every day as I drop my son off, we are met by a fresh array of play stations ready for exploration and Carla, the director, circulating through the classrooms greeting students.
CWLC has helped to bring the best out in my son. Always a lively talker at home, he was shy in public…until he started school. Now he chats up the grocery clerks and treats library story time as if it were his own circle time. It is a wonderful feeling to know that I am leaving him in a place where he feels comfortable enough to allow his self confidence to blossom.

Upon the departure of our nanny, we had to look for a preschool we trusted and took non-potty trained toddlers. We were truly fortunate to find all that and more at CWLC. Our son ended up graduating from CWLC, potty trained and ready for Kindergarten. We are beyond grateful to all the dedicated teachers such as Miss Susan, Miss Eileen, and Miss Linda who prepared our son socially and academically for elementary school. We are eternally grateful to the entire team of teachers and aides for giving Quinn the opportunity to learn and grow. When our daughter became a toddler, it was a no brainer on where she would attend preschool. Currently, in Miss Eileen’s class, we could not be happier our daughter has the same opportunity as her brother. We have the utmost confidence and true gratitude toward CWLC.

Cameron was not yet three years old, and he asked if he could go to school. I asked if he understood what he was asking for…
And he replied simply…”To play and make friends”. That stayed with me for a few more months, until he asked again, “Mommy, when can I go to school”
As hard as it was for me to make the move to put him into preschool, HE knew he wanted more. Since enrolling him into Children’s World Learning Center, he gets himself ready on those mornings just so we can leave the house sooner. He reminds me that if he’s late, mommy doesn’t get a sticker! He comes home every day with new phrases, words, songs, art, and stories that cause my husband and me to turn to each other and shake our heads. These moments are happening more and more and I just couldn’t be happier. His teachers have exposed him to so many new and exciting things that his confidence is growing and his skills are increasing by leaps and bounds.
Children’s World Learning Center has certainly fulfilled Cameron’s expectations… of playing and making wonderful friends, and it’s fulfilled my expectations as a mother, by giving my child and all the children, strength and confidence to grow into wonderful people. It has certainly been the best start for Cameron! Thank you CWLC!.

We love Children’s World Learning Center because our son loves his school and teachers and friends. The small class size really allows the teachers to know the kids and vice versa. The teachers provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment for the kids to develop their confidence and social skills. The staff works closely as a team and creates a sense of “family” for all the kids in the school. It has been such a memorable, special and fun experience for Darren. CWLC is truly a hidden gem and we’re so lucky to have found this school.

Our time at your preschool has been wonderful from the very beginning. Children’s World is an excellent environment to introduce a child to the school experience and I highly recommend it to anyone considering preschool for their child. To start, this preschool is a place that really understands children. Second, the teachers are excellent and have been with the school for many years. From the Director on down, all the staffers are first-rate professionals and the atmosphere is that of a warm happy place while preparing our daughter for the structure of kindergarten. The classrooms are clean, bright and cheery and have all of the children’s crafts present. They have a wonderful playground outside and are always setting up new and fun projects for the kids; they are learning while having a great time. It is wonderful to pick my daughter up and see her extremely happy and cannot stop talking about what she did that day. In addition to the importance of preparing Taylor for Kindergarten, it is a safe and healthy environment and one that I have no reservations entrusting with my child.

When I thought about placing my children in preschool, I had a sense of anxiety. Would they love my kids? Is it safe? Do I even need to? Should I keep them home and save myself this moment of concern? These were my emotions when looking for a preschool for both my kids. I feel genuinely lucky to have found Children’s World Learning Center!
The staff goes far and beyond to ensure my children’s happiness and safety. The environment is not only open to their learning, it begs my kids to explore and expand their horizons. I have watched the teachers cuddle the kids after falling, sing and laugh with them while they play, and sit quietly while teaching them how to trace their letters. My house is filled with projects ranging from science to arts. My children carry a sense of pride due to what they have learned from their beloved teachers.
I am astonished and in awe of the dedication and love that Carla and her staff bring into my family’s life. I adore them all for what they have done for my children. Thank you Children’s World Learning Center!

I highly recommend Children’s World Learning Center for your consideration for preschool. My daughter, Lauren, currently attends this preschool and she really enjoys it. I chose Children’s World over other preschools because it is a safe, fun, and educational environment for my child. It is a place where my daughter can thrive mentally and physically.
